All passes are subject to a £5 first time registration fee, which includes the purchase of an RFID wristband required to access the cable ski. If you lose, forget, break, or for any reason do not have a working RFID wristband you will be required to purchase another band at a cost of £5.

The Year and Week Passes do not include days we are not allowed to open due to planning restrictions. Additionally, we do not guarantee that we will operate all twelve months of the year and reserve the right to close access in the winter. Should we be forced to close due to enforcement action, pandemics, or other reasons beyond our control, we will add the number of operational days we were closed to your pass. Year passes are non-refundable, if you choose to end your pass early, you will not be entitled to a pro-rata refund based on the number of months you have remaining. If management choose to provide a refund, it would be based on how many days of your pass were remaining, taking in to account days Liquid Leisure would not be operational (i.e. from October to end of March, we are only able to operate Wednesday’s, Saturday’s and Sunday’s, and would normally be closed during January’s). Liquid Leisure also reserves the right to close access to the cable for hosting competitions, without adding these days to a year pass.
